آپلود اشتباه اسکریپت

سلام روزبخیر 

متاسفانه من اسکریپن کوتاه کننده لینک رو داملود و در ماژول پرستا شاپ آپلود کردم. 
الان دیگه صفحه ماژول اصلا باز نمیشه. چیکار باید کنم؟؟؟؟؟؟

توی پوشه modules آپلود کردید؟ لطفا چک کنید که فایل index.php کد های زیر را داشته باشد.
